CAUCA VALLEY
The Valle del Cauca (Cauca Valley) near the North-Western Andes has all the ingredients for producing high quality coffee with a gentle mildness in taste; rich volcanic soil, natural springs, high altitudes, good rainfall and cooler temperatures.
Our Colombian coffee is sourced from the small coffee producers in this region, who typically live and work on their farms of about 5 hectaresor less in size. They meticulously pick their coffee by hand, de-pulp, and ferment it in tanks before washing and laying out in the sun to dry.
