Wellbeing Group are a Platinum Partner for Billi Tap systems. This means we’re a fully trained and approved contractor for the supply, installation and service of all Billi Tap products. We can service and repair any Billi tap system, whether or not you are an existing Wellbeing Group customer. We specialise in filter changes and bi-annual servicing, where we inspect water pressure, connections and pipework to ensure all components are working as they should.
There are two options – You can pay for a call-out each time for us to service your Billi Tap and any additional labour or parts required to repair the system. Alternatively, you can sign up for our annual service plans, which are designed to save you time and money and provide peace of mind.

Common Billi Tap Problems We Fix
Billi Tap Not Dispensing Water
If a Billi Tap is not providing any water, check to see if the mains supply is turned on, check for any warning lights and that the under-sink unit also has power. If the tap remains unresponsive, contact the maintenance team.
Flashing Red or Blue Lights
Flashing lights usually indicate a fault. In this case, restart the system and make note of the flashing light pattern. If the lights continue to flash after a restart, reach out to our team.
Leaking or Dripping Tap
A dripping tap or visible leak may indicate worn components, loose connections, or an internal fault. Check for obvious leaks around the tap and under-sink unit. If leaking continues or water is collecting, immediately contact our team.
No Boiling Water
The system might not be heating correctly due to a power issue. In this case, check the power supply and allow a suitable time for re-heating. If boiling water does not return, the best course of action is to contact the team.
Filter Warning Lights
A filter warning usually means the filter is due for replacement to maintain water quality and system performance. Check the filter replacement schedule and monitor performance. Schedule a servicing if a warning light remains active.
Low Water Pressure
Reduced water flow can be caused by a disruption to your local water supply or a filter nearing the end of its lifespan. Check with your water provider for any service interruptions. If low pressure continues, contact the team for assistance.
Sparkling Water Issues
Poor carbonation often indicates an empty CO₂ cylinder or system issue. Check the cylinder and ensure it is connected correctly. If sparkling water remains unavailable, contact our helpful team.

Remote Technical Support
Our very experienced technical support team are able to fix machines over the phone, by providing a helpful walkthrough assistance. If this cannot be resolved then an engineer call out will be arranged.
Call Outs & Site Visits
If your issue is urgent and can’t be resolved remotely by our tech team, then we will arrange for one of our friendly engineers to fix your product on site at a date and time to suit you and your business.
