Do I need to be a Wellbeing Group customer to have my “Coffee Machine” serviced?

No, you do not need to be an existing customer to receive our water tap service and support. We provide coffee machine dispenser support for any office that has a machine that we stock or supply that needs servicing, however, our service plans make it cheaper and less hassle to keep your machine in prime dispensing order. Consult with our service team to see if we can assist with your product.

My coffee machine has stopped working?

The LED screens on your coffee machine usually display the type of fault that is occurring. If the error being displayed is not something you are able to resolve, please give our friendly service and technical experts a call, or fill in the service form detailing your issues and machine details and we will call you back with a solution or arrange an engineer call out.

How do I change the water filters on my coffee machine?

If you have a tank-fed coffee machine, it’s very simple to swap out the filter when they are due a change. Simply empty the water tank and pull out the existing filter to replace it with the new. You can purchase new coffee machine water filters directly from our website.

If, however you have a mains fed water supply to your coffee machine, the process of changing the filter is more complex and requires one of engineers to replace this for you.  All included in our service plans, however if you do not have a service plan, please get in touch with our service team to get a quote for a filter change call out, or if would like to switch to one of our plans, where we can keep track of all this for you.

How to descale a coffee machine?

The coffee machines that we install are fitted with a built-in descaling system, so most coffee machine do not require a descale. However, coffee machine do need regular cleaning and require filter changes, which is all included in our service plans for our engineers to carry out this work for you and save you time and money.

Coffee machines require a lot of attention to keep them performing efficiently and producing quality-tasting beverages. Each coffee machine has a different cleaning process due to the mechanics of each machine, so we have put together handy guides to help you to maintain your coffee machine. Our engineers will also carry out a complete deep clean of any coffee machine, during their visits as part of our service & maintenance plans.
