About Our Billi Tap Filters

Billi Tap filters can improve the quality of water by removing contaminants through a high-performance filter cartridge. As an essential part of the system, they help maintain the consistent quality of mains-fed water while protecting the tap’s internal components. It’s important to use approved Billi filters that support the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations, as it helps ensure long-term efficiency.

Replacement Filter Service

Keep your filter up-to-date and operating efficiently with a replacement filter service. Maintenance is vital to preventing breakdowns, reducing the risk of limescale build-up, and supporting the long-term performance of your Billi Tap.

A Billi Tap will require a new filter every 12 months (or after 30,000 litres). An orange flashing light will appear on your Billi Tap indicating that a filter change is due. You can change your Billi Tap yourself by turning off the water, replacing the cartridge and flushing the system before use.

A service plan conducted by expert technicians takes the hassle out of this process as they can identify and resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Comprehensive servicing doesn’t just replace filters, but the process includes timely repairs, temperature calibration and general system checks to keep your filter performing optimally.

We stock genuine replacement filters that reduce sediment, chlorine and other contaminants commonly found in mains water. This functionality helps improve the taste of drinking water, while protecting the Billi Tap’s internal components.

We also supply CO₂ canisters for sparkling water models, helping to keep your system running smoothly and ensuring a consistent supply of chilled sparkling water on demand.
