How often do Zip Tap filters need changing?
Your Zip Tap will require a new filter every 12 months, (or after 30,000 thousand litres) an orange flashing light will appear on your Zip Tap indicating that a filter change is due. You can either purchase these diretly from us to replace yourself, alternatively you can save money and hassle with our service plans and one of our engineers will come out to replace this for you.
Wellbeing Group are a Platinum Partner for Zip Tap systems. This means we’re a fully trained and approved contractor for the supply, installation and service of all Zip Tap products and we offer Zip Tap service plans to help you save money and time, we handle all the admin around your product so you can focus on the day to day.
