Before choosing a dispenser, think about how many people will use it, which water options you want and where the unit will be installed. These points will help narrow down the models that are best suited to your workplace.

Number of Employees

A small office with up to 20 employees may only need a compact countertop or lower-capacity floorstanding model. For medium-sized offices with 20 to 50 employees, a higher-output system may be more suitable, particularly if the dispenser will be busy around lunch and break times.
In larger workplaces with more than 50 employees, capacity and recovery rate become more important. Visitor numbers, meeting room use and the number of shared kitchen areas should also be taken into account.

Water Options

Mains-fed water dispensers are available with different dispensing options, including:

Installation Requirements

A mains-fed water dispenser needs a connection to the building’s water supply and, in most cases, a suitable electrical point. Some models may also require drainage.

Before installation, the plumbing, power supply and chosen position should be checked to make sure the dispenser can be fitted properly and accessed easily for future maintenance.
