About Our Zip Tap Filters
Regular filter changes help maintain the quality and taste of the water from your Zip Taps and keep the system working properly. Depending on your HydroTap model and installation, options include MicroPurity filters and filters designed to help manage limescale. Not sure which one you need? Our team can check your system and help you order a compatible replacement.
Replacement Filter Service
Your Zip HydroTap will indicate when its filter needs changing, although the notification varies between models. Once the old cartridge has been removed, the replacement needs to be fitted correctly and the system prepared for normal use again.
You can buy the right replacement filter from Wellbeing Group or have us take care of filter changes through one of our Zip Tap maintenance plans. This also gives our engineers a chance to check the rest of the system during the visit.
About Our Zip Tap Accessories
We also stock Zip Tap accessories for compatible HydroTap systems. The range includes CO₂ canisters for sparkling models, together with integrated, raised and standalone font kits for suitable installations.
Accessories are not always interchangeable between HydroTap models, so check the product details before ordering or speak to our team if you’re unsure.

Our Zip Tap Service and Maintenance Plans
Our Silver, Gold and Platinum maintenance plans make it easier to stay on top of regular Zip Tap servicing. Silver covers six monthly preventative maintenance, servicing, sanitisation and scale management.
Gold adds priority emergency breakdown cover, including site visits and labour, while Platinum also covers replacement parts and the associated labour costs.
We’ll keep track of when your system is due for attention and contact you to arrange a convenient visit, including filter replacement where required. It means routine servicing is taken care of without your team having to keep track of maintenance dates.
