Cookies Policy
Wellbeing Group (UK) Ltd

Find out how cookies support our website, which services may use them, and how to manage your choices.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your computer, phone or other device when you visit a website. They help websites remember information between visits or pages, such as items in a basket or your sign-in status. Similar technologies, including local storage and tracking pixels, may also store or access information on your device.
Session cookies normally last for a browsing session. Persistent cookies remain until their expiry date or until you delete them. First-party cookies are set by the website you visit; third-party cookies are set by another provider.
How we use cookies
This policy explains cookies and similar technologies associated with Wellbeing Group (UK) Ltd website. Our site uses WordPress and WooCommerce to support customer accounts and online shopping, and embeds HubSpot enquiry forms.
Depending on the features you use, cookies can support sign-in, maintain your basket, protect forms from abuse and remember choices. WooCommerce’s order attribution feature can also record how a visit originated so that an order can be associated with a referral or campaign. Cookie identifiers and related information may constitute personal data. Please read our Privacy Policy for more about how we handle personal information.
Types of cookies
- Strictly necessary: cookies needed to provide a service you request, such as keeping items in your basket or maintaining a secure sign-in session.
- Functionality: cookies that remember preferences or support additional features. Whether consent is needed depends on the purpose and the applicable legal exception.
- Analytics and attribution: technologies used to understand visits, referrals and interactions. These are distinct from cookies needed to complete a purchase.
- Advertising: cookies used for targeting or measuring advertising. These require prior consent. The presence of a link to a social platform does not itself mean we use that platform’s advertising cookies.
Cookie details
The table describes standard cookies associated with the WordPress and WooCommerce features on this site. They are not all set on every visit: their use depends on whether you sign in, use the basket or access the relevant feature. Durations shown are platform defaults and may vary with configuration.

An asterisk represents a site-specific or user-specific part of a cookie name. Further technical details are available in the WooCommerce cookie documentation and WordPress cookie documentation.
Order attribution
WooCommerce’s order attribution scripts are included on this site. The feature uses Sourcebuster cookies, commonly named with an sbjs_ prefix, to associate visits and orders with their source. Its standard operation is limited to the visit rather than tracking visitors across browsing sessions. See WooCommerce’s order attribution documentation for details. This purpose should be considered separately from essential basket functionality.
Third-party services
HubSpot enquiry forms
We use embedded HubSpot forms to receive enquiries. Loading an embedded service connects your browser to that provider, which may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Cookies used by the provider depend on its configuration, security services and any enabled tracking.
HubSpot documents security cookies such as __cf_bm (30 minutes) and __cfuvid (session). If HubSpot tracking is enabled, its documented cookies include __hstc and hubspotutk (six months), __hssc (30 minutes) and __hssrc (session). Embedding a form does not establish that every one of these cookies is active.
Read HubSpot’s cookie information and HubSpot’s Privacy Policy for further details. External websites you choose to visit have their own policies.
Your choices and consent
Under the UK rules for cookies and similar technologies, prior consent is required unless a legal exception applies. Strictly necessary cookies can be used to provide a service you request. Some limited statistical or appearance-related uses may qualify for an exception only if the required conditions are met, including clear information and an easy way to object.
Consent must involve an informed, positive choice. Simply continuing to browse does not give consent to uses that require it. Where cookie preference controls are provided, use them to accept or reject optional purposes or withdraw a previous choice. Browser controls offer a separate way to block or remove cookies.
You can view, delete or block cookies in your browser’s privacy or site settings, including restricting third-party cookies. Settings are generally specific to each browser and device. Deleting cookies may remove remembered choices; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, basket or checkout features from working. Removing a cookie does not erase information already collected by a provider.
If you cannot find an available preference control or want to ask about a particular cookie, contact us using the details below. Learn more about cookies and your choices on the Information Commissioner’s Office website.
